Dermalogica Face MappingAt Eclipse Hair & Beauty we have dedicated therapists trained at the dermal institute using dermalogica products and face mapping skin analysis, we specialise in treatments which are customised to your skin needs. All dermalogica products are free from artificial colours, synthetic fragrances, s.d. alcohol, lanoline and mineral oil. Based on your consultation your treatment may include a combination of some of the following : Face mapping, Deep cleansing, Exfoliation, Extraction, Steam, Treatment mask.
FACE MAPPING
Dermalogica Face MappingDeveloped by the international dermal institute, face
mapping takes skin analysis one step further. Once in the treatment room, rather than analysing the skin in general terms your therapist divides your face into fourteen zones each with its own set of unique concerns. This inch by inch analysis will then assist in your treatment and home care prescription.

Body mapping is a thorough diagnosis of the skin and
extension of dermalogica’s unique face mapping analysis.
The body is divided into 14 zones, front and back, to collect
two kinds of information: body considerations and skin
considerations, to better tailor the body treatment to your
individual needs.

Tips to get the most out of your Tan!

Before your Tan
Exfoliate and moisturise the night before the tan (not on the day of the tan), paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles and problem dry areas.
Paint Nails and toenails, especially if artificial.
Wax/Shave at least 24 hours prior to treatment. This allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may appear if not adhered to.

After your Tan
Wear dark lose clothing for after your treatment. Tight clothing or underwear may cause wear marks.
Wear flipflops or loose fitting shoes.
Do not shower or bathe for the development period (at least 8 hours) after your tan.
Do not exercise or swim during the development period.
Use Sienna X products to prolong the life of your tan and to stay looking gorgeous!
